Terms of Service
One More is a card game for entertainment. These terms explain the rules for using it and what to expect from the service.
1. Using One More
One More is operated by Greg Avola (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
You must be at least 13 to use One More. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for using the service in accordance with applicable law.
2. Accounts and saved progress
You can play as a guest or use Google sign-in. Keep access to your Google account secure, and do not use another person’s account without permission. Google’s own terms apply to its sign-in service.
Guest progress is connected to browser storage and a guest identifier. Clearing that storage or changing browsers may prevent you from accessing an unlinked guest player. Signing in can merge guest progress into your account. We cannot guarantee recovery of lost or unsaved progress.
3. Game rules, points, and tokens
The in-game rules describe scoring, lives, banking, daily challenges, Peek, and Resurrection tokens. Server validation determines whether a submitted result is accepted. We may correct errors, reject invalid results, and adjust game rules to maintain a fair and functioning service.
Points, leaderboard positions, and Resurrection tokens are virtual game features only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or prizes, and are not transferable outside features we explicitly provide. One More does not offer real-money wagering.
Scores, ranks, token balances, and features may change or be reset when reasonably needed to correct errors, prevent abuse, or update the game.
4. Fair play and acceptable use
Do not manipulate scores, forge game histories, exploit bugs for an unfair advantage, use automated play to distort leaderboards, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or evade restrictions. Do not use display names or other submitted content that impersonate someone, infringe another person’s rights, disclose private information, or contain unlawful or abusive material.
We may remove inappropriate names or results and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal obligations.
5. Public profiles and shared results
Your display name, profile photo, and game results may appear on public leaderboards and shared-result pages. You are responsible for choosing what to submit or share. You give us permission to store and display that information as needed to operate these features, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You may share your own results and screenshots. One More’s branding, original design, and other content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant ownership of the service or its content.
6. Availability and third-party services
We may update, interrupt, or discontinue features or the service. Availability, uninterrupted play, error-free operation, and preservation of every score are not guaranteed. Network interruptions, browser settings, maintenance, or third-party outages may affect play and saving.
Third-party services and linked websites operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or content.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, One More is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or lost game progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
8. Ending use and changes to these terms
You may stop using One More at any time. Signing out or clearing your browser does not delete server-held records. To request deletion, follow the contact instructions in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. When required, we will provide notice of material changes. Updated terms apply to future use after they take effect, subject to applicable law.
9. Contact
For questions about these terms or the service, contact Greg Avola through gregory.avola+onemore@gmail.com. If a problem arises, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
